Earl Nightingale is one of my favorite motivational gurus of all time. Both his ever-popular work, “The Strangest Secret” and “Lead The Field” have changed my life and many others around the world.

Many of you may argue that Earl Nightingale’s work is not ground-breaking or anything special.
