I am one of the may big fans of the country singer-songwriter Dierks Bentley.
Bentley co-wrote the poignant soundtrack “Hold The Light” together with Joe Trapanese, Jon Randall and Sean Carey.
It is for the 2017 movie “Only the Brave“, which stars Jeff Bridges, Josh Brolin, Miles Teller, Taylor Kitsch and Jennifer Connelly.
The ballad pays tribute to the 19 elite Granite Mountain Hotshot firefighters who died battling the 2013 wildfire in Yarnell, Arizona.
This is the first time Bentley writing songs for films, and he wrote the bridge of that song.
