Mark Twain Doesn’t Mind About His Age

As I have mentioned this quote, there is no trace that this line is associated with Mark Twain.

So far, I have managed to find this quotation in a 1968 newspaper, where it says:

As one government researcher puts it: “Aging is a matter of mind. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.”

(Researchers Say Heredity Affects Aging, Schenectady Gazette, New York, July 11, 1968, P. 38) source

It is at the last paragraph of the article.

NOTE: The next time if you need to use or share a quotation in your work or in your Facebook or Twitter, make sure you get it from a verified source.

It can be from books like “The Yale Book Of Quotations“, “Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations” and “The Oxford Dictionary of Quotations“.

Similarly, you can find verified quotations from sites like “Quotationize“, “Wikiquote” and “Quote Investigator“.

This is another popular quote which is wrongly attributed to Mark Twain:

It is better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.”
