If we all want to work well, think better, sleep more soundly, enjoy intimacies more passionately and definitely live a happier life, one of the things is we have to eat well. Don’t forget food can be a medicine, besides laughter.

George Bernard Shaw was an Irish playwright, novelist, essayist, and short story writer. He is popularly known for his play “Pygmalion“.
It was made into film with the same title in 1938. Then the screenplay of that movie was adapted into a theatrical musical called “My Fair Lady“. In 1964, this play was turned into a Oscar-awarded movie with the same name, which the leading stars Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison.
