Have you ever come across quotes about living life which touch you so profoundly and instantly inspire you as if those words of wisdom were written for you.
Personally I have met encounter such miracles; as if being touched by an angel. That’s why I love reading quotes about living life.
Here are some of my favorite quotes about living life which touched and turned my life around. Heading the list is this simple quote on life by Robert Frost.
“In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life — It goes on”
We all have to accept the very fact of life. Whatever happen to us, good or bad, life moves on. We can’t be happy all the time or refuse to get over disappointment or sadness.
Pleasure and pain is part and parcel of life. Oh, yes, remember the quote:”Tragedy is inevitable, but misery is an option“?
We all have a choice to let go any misery or agony and continue living.
My second quote is Wayne Dyer’s “Go for it now. The future is promised to no one”
The problem is we always though we all will live till our twilight years. We keep busy making plans and schedules.
We always say we will do this or that when the time comes. But do you know, the truth is the time might not come as planned or hoped for?
If you want to forgive someone, or tell somebody you love him or her, I say do it now. Remember the short witty quote:”Life is short, eat dessert first“? Don’t wait. Seize the day and just do it.
“The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.” – Mark Twain.
We all procrastinate simply because we are too overwhelmed by the size of the task. And you just don’t know how or where to start cracking.
As suggested by Mark Twain, you take baby steps. Just like doing a dance; one step at a time and before you know you are swinging and swaying.
In other words, break down your task into small chunks. Ignore the rest, just do a little bit a day.
The important thing is you get it started. Once you have finished that teeny weeny bit, it gives you a sense of accomplishment and motivates you to do more…and more.
Trust me on this one. That’s what I do all the time and the results are simply amazing.
Change your mind, change your life
Let me tell you one big secret. All those motivational and inspirational books, ranging from Napoleon Hill’s “Think And Grow Rich” to Anthony Robbin’s “Giant Within” to Louise Hay’s “You Can Heal Your Life“.
The secret is your thought or the way you choose to think. As you know we can choose to change our mind or thought. That is the gist of changing your life.
Remember the online radio commercial which says,”Do you know what’s the difference between you and the rest of the millionaires?
The answer is they DECIDED to be rich”. These wealth folks have made up their minds to be rich. Deep inside, they desire to be rich.
The second chapter of Napoleon Hill’s “Think And Grow Rich” is on DESIRE.
“Strong, deeply rooted desire is the starting point of all achievement. Just as the electron is the last unit of matter discernible to the scientist. DESIRE is the seed of all achievement; the starting place, back of which there is nothing, or at least there is nothing of which we have any knowledge.” – The Law of Success (1937)
